I chose to visit Playa de la Concha in Oropesa del Mar and stayed at Marina D'Or for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary newspapers in the lobby and the refreshing drinks at one of the 2 bars/lounges.
The receptionists could have been friendlier upon arrival. The buffet experience had some minor issues, including mistakes with the torrijas and paella, tasteless desserts, and kids running amok, which made it difficult to relax in the spa.

I had a great value for money experience at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, and for only 55 Euro, my partner and I had a clean and comfortable double room for the night. The location was also convenient, just off the motorway, making it easy to find. The staff were attentive and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory. The room itself was spacious and had a nice view of the pool. it was a pleasant stay.
All was satisfactory and met my expectations.

I had a great stay at this hotel which is conveniently located close to the beach. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices that suited my budget. The staff were friendly and accommodating, despite the language barrier as English wasn't widely spoken in the area. The basic amenities provided in the room were satisfactory, and I appreciated the attention to detail with no pillow or mattress protectors. Moreover, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes.
No improvements needed, everything was fine.

The pool area was very enjoyable and well-kept. The room was comfortable and had air con, which was a real lifesaver during the hot weather. The proximity to local shops and restaurants made it easy to explore the area.
The breakfast was really disappointing- the coffee was almost undrinkable and the hot food was barely warm. Also, the cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. Our room was quite dusty and the bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly. Additionally, some of the staff were not very friendly and didn't seem to care about the customers' experience.

Located in a Spanish-only speaking area, Marina D'Or Hotel Marina D'Or 3 makes it difficult to communicate, particularly when ordering food. the hotel is close to the waterpark and the Benicassim music festival. Rooms are adequate and the air conditioning works. A secure underground car park is available for an additional fee.
The hotel's cleanliness was lacking. One guest reported finding hair in their shower and another saw a bug on the bathroom floor.

The hotel staff were so helpful and welcoming, they made me feel like a VIP. The room was spacious and luxurious, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
The food. It was like they were trying to replicate a Michelin-star restaurant, but failed miserably.
